Dedicated to Len Lambert who passed away in a Welsh hospital from hospital acquired Covid-19 on 29th December 2020. We know how brave he would have been at the end had we been with him. A very dearly loved husband, Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad, who is missed terribly every day by all his family - he will never be forgotten. Heartbroken. ❤️💛 xxxxxxx
