Pauline Hinchley
In memory of the strongest, kindest woman, my Nanny - a loving mother, gran, great gran, sister and friend to many.
A survivor in many senses of the word, no quitter, she fought hospital aquired Covid for 2 weeks after being discharged positive. Sent home alone in her bungalow at 85 nobody allowed in to her and died in her bed surrounded by paramedics in hazmat suits. She deserved much better than this.
I will never forget.
