'Home is the sailor, home from the sea.' Taken too soon on 12th April, 2020 in Rosemount Care Home, Cornwall. She was a formidable intellect, driven, determined and highly ethical. A lawyer with the Gas Consumers' Council, an economist with the Monopolies & Mergers Commission, co-founder of the David Hume Research Institute in Edinburgh, and Chairman of the Cornwall & Isle of Scillies Healthcare Trust.
